89/2007: Material agreement conclusion
The Board of Directors of PBG SA hereby informs that on 28th August an
agreement was signed with a Norwegian company Aragon AS for the
execution of task consisting in the construction of a glycol
regeneration unit for Platforms located in the off-shore sectors of
Great Britain and the delivery of supporting pumps for glycol
regeneration units.
The scope of delivery covers design, production, testing, supervisions
(survey, inspection), packing, mechanical finishing, maintenance,
delivery of goods, services and equipment documentation).
The contract value has been agreed at the amount of EUR 2,979,000 (i.e.
PLN 11.41 m).
The order will be processed by 29th April 2008.
The said contract was considered material due to the expansion of PBG SA
on foreign markets, including the Norwegian market.
