PBG AVATIA has approved arrangement with Creditors.
PBG AVATIA, a company from the PBG Group has successfully completed another stage of an arrangement with Creditors. The Company received a final decision of the Court approving the Arrangement and terminating bankruptcy proceedings.
PBG Avatia is the first company from the PBG Group which positively completed bankruptcy proceedings. The Management Board of PBG expresses its satisfaction from this fact.
A huge effort combined with a good will and understanding of Creditors were rewarded with an effect, for which we all have been waiting - we have the first arrangement in the Group- said Jerzy Wisniewski, President of the Management Board and Main Shareholder of PBG. The company has already secured funds to repay its debts. I read this as a good sign for the works that are being finalized over the arrangement in PBG and a good signal to the market that we can meet the high demands of Creditors and bankruptcy law - he added.
