20/2017: List of shareholders holding 5% or more of voting rights at General Meeting on April 27th 2017
The Management Board of PBG S.A. publishes the list of Shareholders holding 5% or more of the total vote at the Annual General Meeting on April 27th 2017:
1) Mr Jerzy Wiśniewski exercised 183,488,639 voting rights conferred by 183,488,639 shares, representing 35.011% of voting rights at the Annual General Meeting and 23.610% of total voting rights at PBG S.A.;
2) Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. exercised 62,848,380 voting rights conferred by 62,848,380 shares, representing 11.992% of voting rights at the Annual General Meeting and 8.087% of total voting rights at PBG S.A.;
3) Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. exercised 61,332,520 voting rights conferred by 61,332,520 shares, representing 11.703% of voting rights at the Annual General Meeting and 7.892% of the total vote at PBG S.A.;
4) Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. exercised 53,060,500 voting rights conferred by 53,060,500 shares, representing 10.124% of voting rights at the Annual General Meeting and 6.827% of the total vote at PBG S.A.;
5) Jefferies International Limited (JIL) exercised a total of 149,206,649 voting rights conferred by 149,206,649 shares, representing 28.470% of voting rights at the Annual General Meeting and 19.199% of the total vote at PBG S.A. JIL voted the shares held by the following Shareholders holding 5% or more of voting rights at the General Meeting:
a. Jefferies International Limited (JIL) exercised 34,176,350 voting rights conferred by 34,176,350 shares, representing 6.521% of voting rights at the Annual General Meeting and 4.398% of the total vote at PBG S.A.;
b. UniFundusze Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty z wydzielonym subfunduszem UniWIBIDexercised 30,610,970 voting rights conferred by 30,610,970 shares, representing 5.841% of voting rights at the Annual General Meeting and 3.939% of the total vote at PBG S.A.
The shareholders participating in the Extraordinary General Meeting held a total of 524,091,348shares, conferring 524,091,348voting rights, i.e. 67.436% of total voting rights at PBG S.A.
