11/2006:Transactions concluded by managerial staff for over EUR 5,000 - amendment

Following an editing mistake, PBG S.A. hereby publishes an amendment to current report no. 10/2006.
The mistake referred to the number of subscription rights held and sold by Ms. Małgorzata Wiśniewska.
The report mentioned 4,380,054 subscription rights, while the correct number of subscription rights held by Ms. Małgorzata Wiśniewska totals 1,003,279.

The amended report reads as follows:

The Board of Directors of PBG S. A. hereby informs that pursuant to art. 160 of Financial Instruments Trading Act the Board has been notified about the conclusion of transactions for over EUR 5,000 on 17th January 2006 by the following managerial staff:

1) Mr. Jerzy Wiśniewski, President of the Board, sold subscription rights for new issue of series E shares of PBG S.A. beyond regulated market The transaction entailed the sale of 4,380,054 subscription rights with the per-right price of PLN 0.44;
2) Ms. Małgorzata Wiśniewska, Vice President of Board, sold subscription rights for new issue of series E shares of PBG S.A. beyond regulated market The transaction entailed the sale of 1,003,279 subscription rights with the per-right price of PLN 0.44. Moreover, Ms. Małgorzata Wiśniewska informed to have sold on 20th January 2006 on GPW (Warsaw Stock Exchange) in Warsaw S.A. 1,000,000 ordinary bearer shares with the per-share price of PLN 95;
3) Mr. Tomasz Woroch, Vice President of the Board, sold subscription rights for new issue of series E shares of PBG S.A. beyond regulated market The transaction entailed the sale of 316,667 subscription rights with the per-right price of PLN 0.44. Moreover, Mr Tomasz Woroch informed to have acquired 401 shares of PBG S.A. on WSE in Warsaw S.A. with the average per-share price of PLN 49.80. As a result, at the date of the announcement Mr. Tomasz Woroch holds 316,667 series A registered preference shares and 1,121 of ordinary bearer shares.

The recipients of your personal data shall be the persons authorised by the Controller, i.e. the employees and associates who have to have access to the data to perform their duties, and the Controller's Providers to whom the Controller entrusts the processing of the personal data under and based on the data processing agreements and in line with the requirements of Article 28 of GDPR (i.e.: the provision of IT services).
  6. Giving your personal data is voluntary. However, your refusal to give it prevents us from sending you the newsletter.
  7. You have the right to request from the Controller the access to your personal data. Moreover, you can correct your personal data, delete it or limit its processing, and you have the right to withdraw your consent for data transfer.
  8. You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory body.
  9. Giving your personal data is voluntary.
