41/2006:Appointment of the Supervisory Board
Following the approval of individual results by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and expiry of the Supervisory Board's term, PBG S.A. company hereby informs, that pursuant to a decision of the AGM, the Supervisory Board shall comprise the following members, and that in line with decision of the Supervisory Board which was constituted at session held today, the following positions have been assigned:
- Maciej Bednarkiewicz - Chairman of the Supervisory Board
- Wiesław Lindner - Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board
- Jacek Krzyżaniak - Secretary of the Supervisory Board,
- Mirosław Dobrut - Member of the Supervisory Board
- Dariusz Sarnowski - Member of the Supervisory Board
- Adam Strzelecki - Member of the Supervisory Board
Hence, as of 10th May 2006, the Supervisory Board shall be made up of the to-date members and a new member, Mr Mirosław Dobrut.

Mirosław Dobrut is not included in the Bankruptcy Register maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
Mirosław Dobrut does not handle any activity outside and competitive to PBG S.A.
