69/2006: Material agreements conclusion
The Board of Directors of PBG S.A. hereby informs to have been notified on 21st August 2006 about the conclusion of an agreement with Naftobazy Sp. z o.o. on 4th August 2006.
The subject of the agreement is the construction by PBG S.A. as the general contractor of two fuel storage tanks with the capacity of 10 thousand cubic metre each, together with accompanying infrastructure in fuel base in Katowice. The task will be executed by June 2007.
It is the second agreement recently concluded with the said business partner. The first one was concluded in May this year, while its subject was the conversion and extension of fire protection installation in fuel base in Rejowiec.
Total net value of the said agreements totals PLN 19,595,000.
The agreements have been considered material due to having gained a new, prospective client.
