57/2007: Shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders convened for 23th May 2007

The Management Board of PBG S.A. hereby makes public the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders convened for 23rd May 2007:

- Jerzy Wiśniewski: 4.495.054 preference voting shares, giving 78.54% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders convened for 23rd of May 2007 and representing 50.14% of the total number of votes;

- ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.: the managed Funds at the General Meeting of Shareholders convened for 23rd of May 2007 blocked 1,009,646 common shares, giving 8.82% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders and representing 5.63% of the total number of votes.

The Fund is managing the following Funds that blocked PBG SA's shares at the General Meeting of Shareholders:

ING Parasol Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty ING Subfundusz Budownictwa i Nieruchomości Plus, ING Parasol Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty ING Subfundusz Zrównoważony Plus , ING Parasol Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty ING Subfundusz Stabilnego Wzrostu Plus, ING Parasol Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty ING Subfundusz Selektywny Plus, ING Parasol Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty ING Subfundusz Akcji Plus, ING Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Średnich i Małych Spółek, ING Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Akcji, ING Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Akcji 2, ING Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Zrównoważony, ING Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Stabilnego Wzrostu;

- ING Nationale Nederlanden Polska OFE: 720,000 blocked common shares, giving 6.29% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders convened for 23rd of May 2007 and representing 4.02% of the total number of votes.

- OFE PZU Złota Jesień: 710,000 blocked common shares, giving 6.20% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders convened for 23rd of May 2007 and representing 3.96% of the total number of votes;

  6. Giving your personal data is voluntary. However, your refusal to give it prevents us from sending you the newsletter.
  7. You have the right to request from the Controller the access to your personal data. Moreover, you can correct your personal data, delete it or limit its processing, and you have the right to withdraw your consent for data transfer.
  8. You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory body.
