91/2007: Conclusion of material agreements by companies of PBG Capital Group
The Board of Directors of PBG S.A. hereby informs to have been notified that on 31st August 2007 companies of PBG Capital Group concluded agreements which are material due to the consolidated revenues in the years to come.
The first of the agreements has been concluded by the Consortium of companies: Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Usługowo-Handlowe "MAZUR" Kazimierz Mazur - Consortium Leader and Consortium Partners (subsidiary companies): INFRA Sp. z o.o. and Hydrobudowa Włocławek S.A. The subject-matter of the Agreement is "The upgrade of storm water drainage system in Łódź" task 04 (implemented as part of the "Water pipelines and waste water treatment plant in Łódź II"). The Contracting Authority is Łódzka Spółka Infrastrukturalna Sp. z o.o. The remuneration for the Consortium has been agreed at the net amount of EUR 6 190 834.17 (EUR 7 552 817.69 gross), i.e. PLN 23 667 560 net. The works will be completed by 30th September 2009. A provision that the maximum amount of contractual penalties will not exceed 10 % of the contractual amount has been included in the Agreement.
The party to the other agreement concluded on 31st August 2007P is the Consortium consisting of PBG SA as the Consortium Leader and INFRA Sp. z o.o. as the Partner of the Consortium. The Contracting Authority is Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji SA in Krakow.
The subject matter of the agreement is the execution of task: "Renovation of wastewater system of the City of Krakow - handholes, Krakow". The net remuneration has been agreed at EUR 6 920 915.58 (EUR 8 443 517.01 gross), i.e. PLN 26 458 660 net. The works will be completed by 30th August 2009. A provision that the maximum amount of contractual penalties will not exceed 10 % of the contractual amount has been included in the Agreement.
