05/2006: Amendment to current report 102/2005
The amendment concerns the date of receiving the notification from BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.
The Board of Directors of PBG S.A. hereby informs to have been notified on 23rd December 2005 by BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (Investment Fund Association) with its registered office in Poznań acting for and on behalf of the managed Funds that the Association became the holders of shares representing over 5% of the total number of votes in PBG S.A.
The number of votes of BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. was altered and currently the said Association holds 5.03% of the total number of votes.
Before the conversion, BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. held 766,441 shares of PBG S.A., which represented 7.28% of the share capital of PBG S.A. and 4.72% of the total number of votes in PBG S.A.
At the date of the conversion, i.e. 20th December 2005, 20.12.2005 the Association held 766,441 shares of PBG S.A. representing 7.28% of the Company''s share capital and 5.03% of the total number of votes in PBG S.A.
BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. informed also that BZ WBK AIB Asset Management S.A. commissioned the management of investment portfolios of the Association, and as a result, the current report no. PBG/RB/2005/48 of 16th September 2004 on holding over 5% of the total number of votes in PBG S.A. by the clients of BZ WBK AIB Asset Management S.A., pertained also to the shares held then by BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.
