14/2006: Series E shares of PBG S.A. to be registered by National Depository for Securities, admitted to trading and first day of listing allotment certificates
The Board of Directors of PBG S.A. hereby informs that on 2nd February 2006 the National Depository for Securities registered 1,500,000 allotment certificates for series E ordinary bearer shares of PBG S.A. and designated the said certificates with PLPBG000086 code at the nominal value of PLN 1.00 each.
The Board of Directors of PBG S.A. also informs that under the resolution no 39/2006 of the Management Board of WSE in Warsaw SA of 2nd February 2006, 1,500,000 allotment certificates for series E ordinary bearer shares of PBG S.A. were admitted to trading on the WSE main market. The first listing of allotment certificates for series E shares is to take place during the trading session on 3rd February 2006.
