The Board of Directors of PBG S.A. hereby informs that on 13th June 2006 the Board was notified by ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. acting for and on behalf of: ING Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty ?rednich i Małych Spółek (ING Open-end Investment Fund for Medium and Small Enterprises), ING Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Akcji (ING Open-end Investment Fund of Shares), ING Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Zrównoważony (ING Open-end Sustainable Investment Fund), ING Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Stabilnego Wzrostu Emerytura Plus (ING Open-end Sustainable Growth Investment Fund Pension Plus), ING Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Akcji 2 (ING Specialist Open-end Investment Fund of Shares 2), ING Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Akcji (ING Closed-end Investment Fund of Shares) and ING Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Stabilnego Wzrostu (ING Closed-end Investment Fund of Sustainable Growth), with a joint shareholding representing over 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of PBG S.A..

The change in the total number of votes held was caused by the acquisition of PBG S.A. shares on 13th June 2006.

Before the change of shareholding, investment funds managed by ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. held 829,915 shares of PBG S.A. in total, which represented 6.90% of the share capital of PBG S.A. and 4.96% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of PBG S.A.

As at the date of the current report, investment funds managed by ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. hold 842,915 shares of PBG S.A. in total, which represent 7.00% of the share capital of PBG S.A. and 5.04% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of PBG S.A.

  6. Giving your personal data is voluntary. However, your refusal to give it prevents us from sending you the newsletter.
  7. You have the right to request from the Controller the access to your personal data. Moreover, you can correct your personal data, delete it or limit its processing, and you have the right to withdraw your consent for data transfer.
  8. You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory body.
