89/2006: Resignation of a Management Board member and presentation of candidate for member of the Supervisory Board.

The Board of Directors of PBG S.A. hereby informs to have received on 14th November 2006 the resignation of Ms Małgorzata Wi?niewska from the position of Vice-President of PBG S.A. Board of Directors, effective as of 14th November 2006.
The reason for resignation specified in the statement is the intention to become a member of the Supervisory Board of PBG S.A.
On the same day of 14th November 2006 Ms Małgorzata Wi?niewska, upon her consent, was presented as candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board of PBG S.A.
Ms Małgorzata Wi?niewska has higher technical education, graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Poznań University of Technology. She has also completed the following:
- post-graduate studies in Management and Public Relations at the Department of Finance and Banking at the Poznań School of Banking,
- a one-year managerial skill development programme handled by the Canadian International Management Institute.
- a two-year MBA Executive Master of Business Administration course organised by the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development.
Professional career:
- 1984-1991 - Przedsiębiorstwo Uprzemysłowionego Budownictwa Rolniczego in Poznań as designer''s assistant,
- from 1st January 1998 to 2nd January 2004 - Technologie Gazowe Piecobiogaz Sp. z o.o. in Wysogotowo as Quality System Director, Public Relations Director, Management Board member,
- from 2nd January 2004 to 14th November 2006 - PBG S.A. in Wysogotowo as the Vice-President of the Board of Directors.
Moreover:
from1st January 2000 to 1st February 2004 - member of the Supervisory Board of ATG Sp. z o.o. company
from 12th March 2002 up till now - member of the Supervisory Board of KRI Sp. z o.o. company
from 12th January 2005 up till now - member of the Supervisory Board of ATG Sp. z o.o. company
from 4th April 2006 up till now - member of the Supervisory Board of Hydrobudowa ?l?sk S.A. company
Since 1997 Ms Małgorzata Wi?niewska has been the President of the Poznań Educational Association. She is also a shareholder of TGP Jerzy Wi?niewski, Małgorzata Wi?niewska Sp. j. in Wysogotowo.
Based on the disclosed information, the Board of Directors of PBG S.A. hereby informs that Ms Małgorzata Wi?niewska does not pursue any activity competitive to the Company''s business. PBG S.A. has no information about Ms Małgorzata Wi?niewska being entered in the Bankruptcy Register maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

  6. Giving your personal data is voluntary. However, your refusal to give it prevents us from sending you the newsletter.
  7. You have the right to request from the Controller the access to your personal data. Moreover, you can correct your personal data, delete it or limit its processing, and you have the right to withdraw your consent for data transfer.
  8. You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory body.
