94/2006: Shareholders holding at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 21st November at least 5% of votes
The Board of Directors of PBG S.A hereby publishes the list of shareholders who held at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PBG S.A. of 21st November 2006 at least 5% of votes:
1. Jerzy Wi?niewski: 8,760.108 votes from 4,380,054 shares; 75.49% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders; 52.36% of the total number of votes.
2. Tomasz Woroch: 640,504 votes from 323,837 shares; 5.52% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders; 3.83% of the total number of votes.
3. ING Nationale-Nederlanden Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny: 600,000 votes from 600,000 shares; 5.17% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders; 3.59% of the total number of votes.
4. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień": 600,000 votes from 600,000 shares; 5.17% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders; 3.59% of the total number of votes.
5.
