26/2007: Registering the increase of capital of PBG S.A. following the issue of series F shares and amendments to the Company's Articles of Association
The Board of Directors of PBG S.A. hereby informs to have been notified on 20th March 2007 that the District Court in Poznań, 21st Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered the increase of PBG S.A.''s capital in the National Court Register - Register of Entrepreneurs on 13th March 2007. The capital of the Company was increased from PLN 12,030,000 to PLN 13,430,000 following the registration of 1,400,000 series F shares at the nominal value of PLN 1 per share by the National Court Register.
1,400,000 ordinary bearer series F shares represent 10.42% of share capital and 1,400,000 votes, i.e. 7.81% of the total number of votes.
Following the registration of the increase of the capital, 13,430,000 shares represent the total number of 17,930,000 votes.
Furthermore, the Board of Directors of PBG S.A. informs that the decision of the National Court Register concerns also the amendments to the Articles of Association of PBG S.A., whose uniform text is attached hereto, pursuant to Article 97 item 4 of the Regulation on current and interim information provided by issuers of securities of 19th October 2005.
