65/2007: List of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 13th June 2007
The Board of Directors of PBG S.A. hereby publishes a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 13th June 2007:
- Jerzy Wi?niewski: 4,495,054 preference shares as to voting power, representing 78.74% votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 13th June 2007 and 50.14% share in the total number of votes;
- ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.: managed funds jointly blocked 980,000 ordinary shares, representing 8.58% votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and 5.47% share in the total number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 13th June 2007.
The Fund manages the following funds, which blocked PBG SA shares at the General Meeting of Shareholders:

- ING Nationale-Nederlanden Polska OFE - blocked 720,000 ordinary shares, representing 6.31% votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 13th June 2007 and 4.02% share in the total number of votes.
- OFE PZU Złota Jesień: - blocked 700,000 ordinary shares, representing 6.13% votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 13th June 2007 and 3.90% share in the total number of votes.
