66/2007: Appointment of a certified auditor of financial statements
The Board of Directors of PBG S.A. hereby informs that the Supervisory Board of PBG SA in accordance with the applicable regulations and acting on the basis of authorisation specified in Art. 36 item 2) point a) of the Company''s Articles of Associations during the meeting held on 13th June 2007 having examined the recommendation presented by the Audit Committee adopted a resolution concerning the appointment of the certified auditor of the following financial statements:
- audit of the individual financial statement of PBG SA and consolidated financial statements of PBG Capital Group for 2007 and 2008;
- review of the half-year individual and consolidated financial statements as at 30th June 2007 and 30th June 2008.

HLB Fr?ckowiak i Wspólnicy Sp. z o.o. was authorised to audit: individual and consolidated financial statements for the period between 1st January and 31st December 2003, financial statements for the period of 1st January 2004 and 2nd January 2004, as well as review of individual and consolidated half-year financial statement of 2004, audit of individual and consolidated financial statement for the period between 1st January and 31st December 2004. An agreement to review the half-year financial statements of PBG S.A. and consolidated financial statements of PBG Capital Group as at 30th June 2005, as well as to audit individual and consolidated financial statements of PBG S.A. and PBG Capital Group respectively for 2005 and 2006, as well as to review half-year individual and consolidated financial statements as at 30th June 2006 has been also concluded with HLB.
