96/2007:Assimilation of series D shares of PBG SA

With regard to current report no. 95/2007 of 8th September 2007, the
Board of Directors of PBG S.A. hereby informs to have been notified that
on 10th September 2007 the National Depositary for the Securities S.A.
adopted a resolution to assimilate 85 000 ordinary bearer series D
shares of PBG S.A. allocated as part of the Incentive Scheme designated
with PLPBG0000045 code with 8 820 000 ordinary bearer shares of PBG S.A.
designated with PLPBG0000029 code.
