101/2007: Appointment of a Board member of PBG SA
The Board of Directors of PBG S.A. hereby informs to have adopted a
resolution to appoint Mr. Tomasz Latawiec as a Board member on 3rd
October 2007.
Mr. Tomasz Latawiec will be responsible for the development of the
domain related to the renovation of water supply systems and waste water
systems, including actions connected with acquisitions and gaining new
technologies at the PBG Capital Group.
Pan Tomasz Latawiec graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology,
Faculty of Civil Engineering.

Mr. Tomasz Latawiec does not run any competitive business against PBG
S.A. He is not entered in the Bankruptcy Register.
