44/2015: Appointment of a Supervisory Board Member.

The Management Board of PBG S.A. w upadłości układowej (in company voluntary arrangement) (“PBG”, the “Company”) announces that in connection with Mr Przemysław Szkudlarczyk’s resignation as a member of the Supervisory Board, on October 7th 2015 the Extraordinary General Meeting of PBG passed a resolution to appoint Mr Jacek Krzyżaniak to the Supervisory Board.

 

Jacek Krzyżaniak’s biography:

In 1992−1995, he studied at the Agricultural Academy in Poznań, specialising in Agricultural Economics.

From 1998, he was President of the Fundacja Europa XXI foundation. In 1998−2000, he was involved with WIL Lobbying Sp. z o.o., where he initially served as a Management Board member and Chief Executive Officer and then, in 1999, as President of the Management Board. From 2003 to March 2012, he worked for PBG S.A., where he headed the Investor Relations Department and from 2007 acted as the company’s spokesman. From May to August 2015, he was Vice-President of the Management Board of Purple Investments Sp. z o.o., and since 2013 he has served as Vice-President of the Management Board of Gricon Sp. z o.o. Mr Krzyżaniak has extensive experience serving on the supervisory boards of public and private companies. For the three years from 1999 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Polski Fundusz Kapitałowy S.A., and in 2004−2006 he served on the Supervisory Board of PC Guard S.A. From 2005 to 2007, he sat on the Supervisory Board of HYDROBUDOWA Włocławek S.A., and from 2004 to June 2009 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of PBG S.A. In 2010−2011, he served on the Supervisory Board of Briju S.A., in 2012−1013 on the Supervisory Board of RECYKL S.A. and in 2012−2014 on the Supervisory Board of Neptis S.A. He also sat on the Supervisory Boards of RC Union S.A. w upadłości likwidacyjnej (in liquidation bankruptcy) and of Kornas Holding S.A. w upadłości likwidacyjnej (in liquidation bankruptcy).

Since June 29th 2015, Mr Krzyżaniak has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Stanusch Technologies S.A.

 

 

Mr Krzyżaniak does not conduct any activity competitive to the business of PBG. He is not a partner in any partnership under civil law or another type of partnership, or a member of a governing body of an incorporated company or a member of a governing body of any other competitive legal entity. He is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

  6. Giving your personal data is voluntary. However, your refusal to give it prevents us from sending you the newsletter.
  7. You have the right to request from the Controller the access to your personal data. Moreover, you can correct your personal data, delete it or limit its processing, and you have the right to withdraw your consent for data transfer.
  8. You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory body.
