The Management Board of PBG S.A. w upadłości układowej (in company voluntary arrangement) (the “Company” or “PBG”) announces that on September 4th 2015 the PBG Supervisory Board appointed Mr Dariusz Szymański as Member and Vice-President of the Management Board.

 

Dariusz Szymański’s résumé:

Education

-          Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels of Poznań, apprenticeship for a legal counsel (2001)

-          The Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznań − graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration

 

Professional experience:

-          Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Maciej Bednarkiewicz, Andrzej Wilczyński i Wspólnicy Spółka Komandytowa of Warsaw (2006 - until now) - partner and legal counsel

-          Skoczyński Wachowiak Strykowski Kancelaria Prawna Spółka Komandytowa of Poznań (2009 - 2012) – partner and legal counsel

-          Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Dariusz Szymański - legal counsel
of Poznań (2001 - until now) – legal counsel

-          Kancelaria Prawna Piszcz i Wspólnicy Spółka Komandytowa

In his practice, Mr Szymański focuses on advisory services relating to broadly defined commercial law, including corporate and current activities of commercial-law companies.

He has hands-on experience in handling complex restructuring procedures, organisational and ownership transformations and bankruptcy proceedings.

He has coordinated the provision of legal services relating to large and complex construction contracts executed by large consortia involving foreign entities.

He also provides clients with legal assistance in the execution of challenging infrastructural and development projects, including procedures relating to acquisition of financing. Furthermore, he handles administrative law proceedings and advises on PPP projects.

He conducts mediations and negotiations in judicial and extrajudicial disputes.

His practice includes consultancy and management services also in foreign markets, Eastern European markets in particular.

He has a fluent command of Russian and speaks German at a basic level.

He has held and holds positions on management or supervisory boards of domestic and foreign commercial-law companies.

 

Mr Szymański does not conduct any activity competitive to the business of PBG. He is not a partner in any partnership under civil law or another type of partnership, or a member of a governing body of an incorporated company or a member of a governing body of any other competitive legal entity. He is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

  6. Giving your personal data is voluntary. However, your refusal to give it prevents us from sending you the newsletter.
  7. You have the right to request from the Controller the access to your personal data. Moreover, you can correct your personal data, delete it or limit its processing, and you have the right to withdraw your consent for data transfer.
  8. You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory body.
