18/2017: First listing date for PBG Bonds
The Management Board of PBG S.A. (“Company”, “PBG”) announces that on April 18th 2017 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange passed Resolution No. 386/2017, setting April 20th 2017 as the date of the first listing of the following PBG Bonds in the Catalyst alternative trading system:
- 77,296 Series C1 Bonds, to be listed in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name of PB10617;
- 43,324 Series D1 Bonds, to be listed in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name of PB11217;
- 90,861 Series E1 Bonds, to be listed in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name of PB10618;
- 26,988 Series F1 Bonds, to be listed in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name of PB11218;
- 109,686 Series G1 Bonds, to be listed in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name of PB10619;
- 83,016 Series H1 Bonds, to be listed in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name of PB11219;
- 418,129 Series I1 Bonds, to be listed in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name of PB10620.
