59/2012: Calls for immediate buyback of Bonds submitted by Bondholders

The Management Board of PBG S.A. hereby reports that it was notified that the following Bondholders called on the Company to immediately buyback Bonds and pay accrued interest:

1)        On June 13th 2012 – Pionieer Pekao Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych of Warsaw, acting for and on behalf of:

a.     Pioneer Inwestycyjny Otwarty (Pioneer Open-End Investment Fund), including the following subfunds:

i.            Pioneer Zrównoważony – 310 Series C Bonds and 30 Series D Bonds;

ii.            Pioneer Obligacji Plus – 280 Series C Bonds and 70 Series D Bonds;

iii.            Pioneer Pieniężny – 100 Series C Bonds and 40 Series D Bonds;

iv.            Pioneer Stabilnego Wzrostu – 160 Series C Bonds and 30 Series D Bonds;

v.            Pioneer Lokacyjny – 150 Series C Bonds and 50 Series D Bonds;

b.     Pioneer Instrumentów Dłużnych Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty – 22 Series D Bonds;

c.     Pioneer Obligacji – Dynamiczna Alokacja Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty – 16 Series D Bonds;

d.     Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Telekomunikacji Polskiej – 60 Series D Bonds.

2)        On June 14th 2012 – Union Investment Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. of Warsaw, which called for the immediate buyback of 15 Series C Bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 1,500,000, plus interest, on behalf of Wielkopolskie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Życiowych i Rentowych Concordia Capital S.A. The call for buyback results in the debt under the Bonds becoming due and payable within 14 days from the date of the Notice.

The Bondholders called for immediate buyback of the Bonds following PBG’s filing of the petition for insolvency with arrangement option.

The recipients of your personal data shall be the persons authorised by the Controller, i.e. the employees and associates who have to have access to the data to perform their duties, and the Controller's Providers to whom the Controller entrusts the processing of the personal data under and based on the data processing agreements and in line with the requirements of Article 28 of GDPR (i.e.: the provision of IT services).
  6. Giving your personal data is voluntary. However, your refusal to give it prevents us from sending you the newsletter.
  7. You have the right to request from the Controller the access to your personal data. Moreover, you can correct your personal data, delete it or limit its processing, and you have the right to withdraw your consent for data transfer.
  8. You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory body.
  9. Giving your personal data is voluntary.
