Revision of the terms of credit facility provided by BZ WBK S.A.

The Management Board of PBG S.A. reports that several agreements have been executed between some of the PBG Group companies and Bank Zachodni WBK, defining revised terms of the credit facility provided under the agreement of June 30th 2005.
