22/2019: Shareholders exercising 5% or more of voting rights at the Annual General Meeting of PBG S.A. held on June 25th 2019
The Management Board of PBG S.A. publishes the list of Shareholders holding 5% or more of voting rights at the Annual General Meeting held on June 25th 2019 (the “AGM”):
1) Mr Jerzy Wiśniewski exercised 189,902,366 voting rights conferred by 189,902,366 shares, representing 70.08% of voting rights at the AGM and 23.61% of total voting rights;
2) Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. exercised 57,236,556 voting rights conferred by 57,236,556 shares, representing 20.76% of voting rights at the GM and 6.99% of total voting rights;
3) Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A. exercised 24,241,560 voting rights conferred by 24,241,560 shares, representing 8.79% of voting rights at the GM and 2.96% of total voting rights.
The shareholders participating in the Annual General Meeting held a total of 275,707,135 shares, conferring 275,707,135 voting rights, i.e. 33.69% of total voting rights (total 818,420,313 votes).
