21/2012: List of shareholders holding 5% or more of total voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on April 3rd 2012
The Management Board of PBG S.A. hereby presents the list of shareholders holding 5% or more of total voting rights at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on April 3rd 2012:
1. Mr Jerzy Wiśniewski held 7,616,278 voting rights attached to 3,881,224 shares, representing 63.41% of the total voting rights present at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 42.23% of the total voting rights in the Company.
2. ING OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY held 1,800,000 voting rights attached to 1,800,000 shares, representing 15.02% of the total voting rights present at the Extraordinary Meeting and 10.00% of the total voting rights in the Company.
3. Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A. (PPIM), acting on behalf PIONEER FIO SUBF.PIONEER AKCJI POLSKICH; PIONEER FIO SUBF.PIONEER MAŁYCH I ŚREDNICH SPÓŁEK; PIONEER FIO SUBF.PIONEER STABILNEGO WZROSTU, held 1,803,500 voting rights attached to 1,803,500 shares, representing 14.99% of the total voting rights present at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 9.98% of the total voting rights in the Company, including:
- PIONEER FIO SUBF.PIONEER ZRÓWNOWAŻONY exercised 1,000,000 voting rights attached to 1,000,000 shares, representing 8.33% of the total voting rights present at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 5.54% of the total voting rights in the Company;
- PIONEER FIO SUBF.PIONEER AKCJI POLSKICH exercised 640,000 voting rights attached to 640,000 shares, representing 5.33% of the total voting rights present at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 3.55% of the total voting rights in the Company.
Shareholders holding a total of 8,272,639 shares registered for participation in the Extraordinary General Meeting of April 3rd 2012 and exercised a total of 12,010,972 voting rights attached to the shares.
