2/2018: List of Shareholders holding 5% or more of voting rights at Extraordinary General Meeting on January 9th 2018
The Management Board of PBG S.A. publishes the list of Shareholders holding 5% or more of voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting on January 9th 2018:
1) Jerzy Wiśniewski, who exercised 189,836,345 voting rights conferred by 189,836,345 shares, representing 64.89% of voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 23.61% of total voting rights;
2) Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., which exercised 53,448,136 voting rights conferred by 53,448,136 shares, representing 18.27% of voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 6.65% of total voting rights;
3) Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A., which exercised 49,252,468 voting rights conferred by 49,252,468 shares, representing 16.84% of voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 6.13% of total voting rights.
The Shareholders participating in the Extraordinary General Meeting held a total of 292,536,949 shares, conferring 292,536,949 voting rights, i.e. 36.38% of total voting rights.
