19/2018: Shareholders exercising 5% or more of voting rights at the Annual General Meeting of PBG S.A. held on June 26th 2018

The Management Board of PBG S.A. publishes the list of Shareholders holding 5% or more of voting rights at the Annual General Meeting held on June 26th 2018 (the “AGM”):
- Mr Jerzy Wiśniewski exercised 189,902,366 voting rights conferred by 189,902,366 shares, representing 61.28% of voting rights at the AGM and 23.61% of total voting rights;
- Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. exercised 49,252,468 voting rights conferred by 49,252,468 shares, representing 15.89% of voting rights at the AGM and 6.12% of total voting rights;
- Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. exercised 46,473,136 voting rights conferred by 46,473,136 shares, representing 15.00% of voting rights at the GM and 5.78% of total voting rights;
- Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A. exercised 24,241,560 voting rights conferred by 24,241,560 shares, representing 7.82% of voting rights at the GM and 3.01% of total voting rights.
The shareholders participating in the Annual General Meeting held a total of 309,869,530 shares, conferring 309,869,530 voting rights, i.e. 38.53% of total voting rights.
