12/2019: Shareholders holding 5% or more of total voting rights at Extraordinary General Meeting

The Management Board of PBG S.A. publishes the list of Shareholders holding 5% or more of voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting on April 2nd 2019:

  1. Jerzy Wiśniewski, who exercised 193,229,037 voting rights conferred by 193,229,037 shares, representing 59.65% of voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 23.61% of total voting rights;
  2. Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., which exercised 57,236,556 voting rights conferred by 57,236,556 shares, representing 17.67% of voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 6.99% of total voting rights;
  3. Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A., which exercised 49,252,468 voting rights conferred by 49,252,468 shares, representing 15.20% of voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 6.02% of total voting rights.
  4. Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A., which exercised 24,241,560 voting rights conferred by 24,241,560 shares, representing 7.48% of voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 2.96% of total voting rights.

The Shareholders participating in the Extraordinary General Meeting held a total of 323,959,621 shares, conferring 323,959,621 voting rights, i.e. 39.58% of total voting rights.

  3. Your personal data shall be processed for the process of newsletter subscription under Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation.
  4. Your personal data shall be stored until you request to cancel the subscription.
  5. The recipients of your personal data shall be the persons authorised by the Controller, i.e. the employees and associates who have to have access to the data to perform their duties, and the Controller's Providers to whom the Controller entrusts the processing of the personal data under and based on the data processing agreements and in line with the requirements of Article 28 of GDPR (i.e.: the provision of IT services).
  6. Giving your personal data is voluntary. However, your refusal to give it prevents us from sending you the newsletter.
  7. You have the right to request from the Controller the access to your personal data. Moreover, you can correct your personal data, delete it or limit its processing, and you have the right to withdraw your consent for data transfer.
  8. You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory body.
  9. Giving your personal data is voluntary.
