09/2019 Agreements signed to design and construct Municipal Stadium in Szczecin selected.

Further to Current Report No. 2/2019 of January 25th 2019 concerning selection by Inwestycje Miejskie Stadion Sp. z o.o. of Szczecin as the best bid submitted with the participatio n of PBG Spółka Akcyjna of Wysogotowo (“PBG” or the “Company”), the Management Board announces that on March 8th 2019 the Company and as a consortium partner with Korporacja Budowlana DORACO Sp. z o.o. executed agreements with:

 - Szczecińska Energetyka Cieplna Sp. z o.o. for the development of project documentation and reconstruction of a section of the existing heating network with diameters 2xDN200, 2xDN150 from the existing heating chamber E28-36 to the border of plot 2/5 and construction of heating connections with diameters 2xDN100 for the proposed Training Center for Children and Youth at Twardowskiego St. in Szczecin;

- Szczecin City for the design and construction of a Training Centre for Children and Youths, as well as alteration and extension of the Florian Krygier Municipal Stadium in Szczecin, football grounds and auxiliary infrastructure.

 The value of the agreements totals PLN 296,260,121.96, VAT-exclusive (i.e. PLN 364,399,950.01, VAT-inclusive), of which PBG’s contractual share is 50%. The deadline for the executing of the contracts is 36 months from the date of their signature.
 Contractual penalties that may be charged by the contracting authority may not exceed a total of 30% of gratification due to the Consortium.

  5. The recipients of your personal data shall be the persons authorised by the Controller, i.e. the employees and associates who have to have access to the data to perform their duties, and the Controller's Providers to whom the Controller entrusts the processing of the personal data under and based on the data processing agreements and in line with the requirements of Article 28 of GDPR (i.e.: the provision of IT services).
  6. Giving your personal data is voluntary. However, your refusal to give it prevents us from sending you the newsletter.
  7. You have the right to request from the Controller the access to your personal data. Moreover, you can correct your personal data, delete it or limit its processing, and you have the right to withdraw your consent for data transfer.
  8. You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory body.
  9. Giving your personal data is voluntary.
