WSE Corporate Governance
Our first Corporate Governance Statement published in June 2004 was undoubtedly a great success for a newly listed company like ours. Back then, we confirmed compliance with 46 out of 48 Corporate Governance rules (with the exception of rule 6 and 20). It did not take us long to ensure full compliance with all the rules. In our next Corporate Governance Statement dated 25 June 2005, PBG SA confirmed compliance with all 48 rules. The same declaration was made by the Company in the following years.
We find it very important to be considered a reliable company and we treat the obligations imposed by the WSE Regulations with due care. We know that it pays off.
PBG successfully applies the Corporate Governance rules. We provide regular information to the capital market on our financial results, investment plans, planned acquisitions, activities, and changes within the Group, as well as the implemented projects. We also report our short- and long-term strategies on a regular basis.
