  1. The website does not automatically collect any information except for the information contained in cookies themselves.
  2. Cookies include the IT data, especially text files, that is stored in the Website Users' terminal equipment and that is to be used by the Website. Usually, cookies contain the name of the website where they come from, the time of their storage on the users' terminal equipment and a unique number.
  3. The entity saving cookies on the Website Users' terminal equipment and having access to them is the operator of the Website PBG SA in bankruptcy, with its registered office at: ul. Skórzewska 35, Wysogotowo near Poznań.
  4. The cookies are used for the purpose of:
    1. Adjusting the contents of the Website to the User’s preferences and optimising the use of the websites; those files allow us to recognize the Website User’s device and properly display the website adjusted to their individual needs;
    2. Creating statistics that help us to understand how the Website Users use websites allowing us to improve their structure and contents;
    3. Maintaining the Website User’s session (after they have logged in) so that the User does not have to input their login and password for each sub-site;
  5. As a part of the Website, we use two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored in the User’s terminal equipment until the User logs out, leaves the website or turns off their software (the Internet browser). Persistent cookies are stored in the User’s terminal equipment for a time indicated in the cookie parameters or until they are removed by the User.
  6. As a part of the Website, we use the following types of cookies:
    1. Necessary cookies that allow you to use the services available on the Website, e.g. authentication cookies used for the services that require authentication for the Website;
    2. Cookies used to provide security, e.g. used to detect authentication breaches on the Website;

    5. Functional cookies allowing us to save the settings selected by the User and customise the User’s interface, e.g. the selected language or region the User is from, the font size, the appearance of the website, etc.;
    6. Advertising cookies allowing us to provide advertising content more adjusted to the User’s interests.
  7. In many cases the software used for website browsing (the Internet browser) allows storing cookies on the User’s terminal equipment by default. The Website Users can change their cookie settings at any time. Those settings can be changed in such a way to block automatic handling of cookies in the Internet browser or to each time notify the User on saving them on the Website User’s device.   8. The Website Operator hereby informs you that the limitations of using cookies may impact some functionalities available on the Website.
  9. Cookies saved on and used by the Website User’s terminal equipment can also be sent by the advertisers and partners working with the Website Operator.

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (EU Journal of Laws L 119 of 04.05.2016, hereinafter called the “Regulation”), I hereby inform you that:

  3. Your personal data shall be processed for the process of newsletter subscription under Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation.
  4. Your personal data shall be stored until you request to cancel the subscription.
  5. The recipients of your personal data shall be the persons authorised by the Controller, i.e. the employees and associates who have to have access to the data to perform their duties, and the Controller's Providers to whom the Controller entrusts the processing of the personal data under and based on the data processing agreements and in line with the requirements of Article 28 of GDPR (i.e.: the provision of IT services).
  6. Giving your personal data is voluntary. However, your refusal to give it prevents us from sending you the newsletter.
  7. You have the right to request from the Controller the access to your personal data. Moreover, you can correct your personal data, delete it or limit its processing, and you have the right to withdraw your consent for data transfer.
  8. You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory body.
  9. Giving your personal data is voluntary.
