Why working with us

We create an atmosphere fostering constant self improvement and development, helping the Employees to achieve their professional and personal goals.

Knowledge management

We aim to train highly qualified staff of engineers and experts in different fields, who – in line with our mission statement – would contribute to society's functioning and further the growth of Polish economy by applying innovative technologies and solutions. Therefore:

  • we offer our Employees a wide-ranging programme of training run by in-house trainers,
  • we support our Employees' participation in specialist external training to raise qualifications,
  • we subsidise our Employees' higher education.

Foreign language courses

For many years, a project has been in place aimed to improve the PBG personnel's language skills. The project is run through a school of languages operating within the Company, where Employees take lessons of English, German, Italian, Spanish and Russian. Education in the Language School is co-financed by the Employer.

Training for new Employees

We attach great importance to preparing new Employees to work. In the first days, they attend a series of courses where they learn the rules in place at the PBG Group, familiarise themselves with its organisational culture, and ask a number of individual questions.

As part of the induction training, new Employees meet with representatives of the following departments: HSE and Environmental Protection, Security and Protection, PR, HR, Accountancy, IT, and Quality Assurance.

The organisational culture of the PBG Group has a reputation of being truly exceptional! Why?
